Shipping & Delivery
Depending on your needs, we offer you three delivery options;
Express (1DAY) Delivery, Standard Delivery, and Free Shipping.
An order will only be processed when payment is approved. Delivery period stated is an estimate only. All items are subjected to customs inspection which may delay delivery to your door for orders out of the USA. For deliveries within the USA, Free Delivery, Express Delivery and Standard Delivery are available.

Express Delivery:
Orders made by express delivery before 11:30am will be delivered on the next day after order is approved.

Standard Delivery:
Orders made by standard delivery will be delivered in two-five working days after order is approved.

Free Delivery:
Free delivery is available in USA (ONLY) free-of-charge for orders of $250 or more.
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the date of the order. Your order may be delayed if your ship to address does not match with the billing address you provide to us. We verify all addresses for protection against fraud. Some orders that are shipped from fulfillment warehouses may require longer for the item to ship. We may also ship the orders with multiple items from different warehouses so it is possible you get the items on different days. Due to the many circumstances such as unable to charge your credit card or verify your address, we cannot guarantee when your order is shipped out. Also if you choose next day air service, it does not necessarily mean you will get it the next day from the order date, it means that you will get it the next day from the date we ship the order. Shipping charges will be made in the currency the order is made. All prices quoted are based on current transportation charges effective from december 2010. Future update of transportation charges may be made without prior notice.
Privacy & Security
We Do Not Share Your Personal Information
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name and e-mail address (where possible). We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our feedback form, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to our customer service areas, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit.

Personal data collected, will not be used for a new purpose unless we obtain consent from our customers. We are the sole owner of the personally identifiable information collected on this site. We collect personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of registering a user for our web site.

Limiting Collection: Only the necessary personal data is collected from customers for business purposes. Both the amount and the type of data collected shall be limited to that which is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified.

Limiting Use: We will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent personally identifiable information to any 3rd party. We do not send unsolicited marketing email to our customers. Customers will occasionally receive email on special promotions we hold. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, users may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email. We do not keep personal data for longer than is necessary for those purposes for which they are collected. We have developed guidelines and implemented procedures to govern the destruction of personal data that are no longer required to fulfill the identified purposes. We do not use "cookies", web-bugs or any other tracking technologies to collect information from users of our web site. We would not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, customer lists or otherwise, the personally identifiable information collected.
Returns & Replacements
Please inform us of any damages that may have occurred during the transportation and feel comfortable to write comments on the delivery note. All our shipments are insured. All products must be returned in good condition, including original packaging and all documentation. Charges will be applied for all missing items and breakages. Mobile-Video.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
Shipments that are refused without prior to our knowledge, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Ordering
By ordering our products you certify to be over 18 years old, or that you are allowed to purchase products from our website with your own credit card and valid identification.

All prices quoted on the web site exclude California tax unless otherwise stated. Our basic prices are indicated in US dollars. You can change the currency by clicking on the corresponding icon on the home page. Euro and Canadian dollar are also available.

You can pay either in US dollars, Canadian or in Euros. Payment is due upon payment gateway approval. Refer to our payment and security. Our system was created as an Online Catalog, we are not responsible for the unavailability of stock.

Once you have placed your order on the order form when you checkout, your order is only processed by our system when you have completed the online transaction successfully.

Credit card on-line
Indicate your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex) on a secure web page; this method enables rapid payment and delivery.
 
Credit card via phone
(Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover)
Order on the site and then telephone us to dictate your credit card details.

PayPal Balance
Order on the site and select PayPal as your payment option for the Most Secured way to pay for item bought online anywhere.
Tracking Orders
Once an order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You will then be able to track your order processing by logging in to your Mobile-Video.com online account. Please contact us if you think your order is delayed or if the package is lost in the process of delivery, we will not be able to ship out replacement packages until our forwarder confirms that the package is lost. Without confirmation from our forwarder, we will not know for sure if you will get two shipments, if we ship out another one. Another delay is if there is no one to sign for the package, every package we ship usually requires a signature, if a package is returned to us because no one was available to sign for it or the address was input incorrectly at the time you enter the order, you will be charged again to ship it out a second time.
Updating Account Information
We allow our customers the right to access their personal information. Customers can access their personal information by using their respective username and password to gain access to past order history, pending order progress & change their personal contact info. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update or remove your personal data at the member information page or by emailing our Customer Support. We will respond to our customer's request within a reasonable time.
